THE BASSIC MARTIAL TECHNIQUE (TT)

The knee is capable of striking from many angles and various directions. It can be directed in a diagonally circular, diagonally linear, horizontally circular, horizontally linear, vertically downwards, or vertically upwards fashion. The areas above and below the knee cap as well as the insides of the knee are constantly used for striking the opponent. The inside of the knee can be used to swing in an upward circular motion clockwise or counter-clockwise towards the body's centerline....
The knee strike is aimed at the stomach of the opponent, using the knee as a spear, while the fighter defends his head with his gloves.
